Our 2017 Major Parts Catalogue
has arrived...
We are constantly working to develop our website’s features to further support
you with technical knowledge and help guides.
We have improved navigation around the site with quick links on the right hand side of the
screen, highlighting our latest technical articles and the latest automotive industry news.
The dedicated download section includes a range of help guides featuring the most
common turbo failures. These failure tips are ideal to help identify the original turbo failure,
educate your customer on the reason for failure and help prevent future warranty claims.
If you have any feedback or further suggestions to improve the website, please do not

….and it is better than ever! Throughout 2016 we have developed hundreds of
new, quality components and core assemblies to make repairs of all types of
turbochargers possible. V5.0 of the Major Parts Catalogue includes a new

Turbochargers, Gearboxes and Gasket Kits.
The Repair Kit section has been reworked to make navigation much easier. It now includes
a picture of the individual piece parts, Melett part number and a short description.
Our catalogue is a quick reference guide to help you identify major components and is
supported by the website where you can find over 56,000 detailed turbo buildsheets. For
your convenience, all new products released in 2016/17 have been highlighted in orange.
In addition, look out for the latest Workshop Reference Manual V12.0, which provides up
to date technical information for inspecting standard components, as well as technical

Following the decision to move to more environmentally friendly boxes for our
turbochargers and cores last year, we will now be following suit with all major
parts boxes. The new boxes are produced from recycled cardboard, and are
completely recyclable, further increasing our efforts to improve our green
stamp and reduce waste.
